Production

Amangeldinsky Gas Processing Plant is not just the largest private oil refinery in Kazakhstan, it is a complex of modern facilities that provides Kazakhstan with a wide range of petroleum products. Modern equipment ensures high environmental safety.


Our production:

  1. Processing of hydrocarbon raw materials:

    2. MPU-4-200 unit: produces 200 thousand tons per year of AI-80 gasoline, diesel fuel, light and middle distillate.

    Eco-friendly UPG-4.38 unit: utilizes associated gases at the Amangeldy gas condensate field in the Talas district of the Zhambyl region, processing them into 4 million cubic meters of liquefied gas annually.

  2. .UPN-100 unit:

    3. Capacity – more than 300 thousand tons of products per year.

    Commissioned in 2010 as part of the state program for industrial and innovative development. Equipped with modern systems and infrastructure.

  3. Jet fuel production unit: a certified unit producing up to 60 thousand tons of Jet-1 jet fuel per year.

  4. Railway and vehicle loading units: ensure uninterrupted unloading of raw materials and shipment of finished products.

  5. Modern tank farm: 12000 m3 (crude oil), 25000 m3 (finished products), 4000 m3 (jet fuel).

  6. Oil depot for storing and transporting petroleum products: tank farm capacity – 3450 m3.


History of production development:

2006
 The first unit for processing hydrocarbon raw materials (gas condensate from the Amangeldy field) MPU-4-200 was built and put into operation. Designed for the production of gasoline and components for the production of diesel fuel. The unit's capacity is 50 thousand tons of gasoline per year and 2 thousand tons per year for the production of components for diesel fuel.

2009

The second unit UPG-4.38 was put into operation for processing associated flare gas to produce liquefied gas, with a capacity of more than 4 million cubic meters of gas per year. Modern technologies and equipment make it possible to obtain high-quality products that meet international standards.

2010

In December 2010, with the participation of the akim (mayor)of the Zhambyl region, Mr.Kanat Bozumbayev, our oil refinery was put into operation. The main products are: gasoline, diesel fuel, heating oil, heavy fuel oil, aviation kerosene.

2015

The beginning of a comprehensive modernization program. This allowed us to improve product quality and environmental performance. One of the main objectives of the changes made within the existing capacities was to increase the depth of refining of oil and petroleum products, increasing its efficiency in order to obtain and sell higher quality products.

2023

Beginning of preparatory work for the project to expand production and increase the annual production of finished products to 1 million tons.
